For the parents and athletes who want to use their credit card please follow these steps:

1. Add 4% to the total amount, this will be reflected on your invoice as well.
2. Provide your card number with expiration date
3. Provide the billing address associated with the card for processing as the address input must match the card for security purposes.
4. There will now be lines on the payment/registration sheet for the above information.

We only accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.   We cannot take Discover.   The fax  number is 406-863-9350, please call the number first  so we can turn on the fax, we will then ask you to  call the number back and send your fax, after we have turned the fax on.   If we're not home, it may roll over to the fax.   We cannot afford a second phone line to dedicate to a fax machine.   Payment/registration sheets can also be mailed to:
