    • ND team agreement, including travel/payment policy changes, are presented for review and acceptance. (Sliding scale refund based on time remaining until the start of the event).  ND team agreement changes are presented for review.  Financial agreement allows a $1,000 deposit in lieu of a credit card number.  Individuals that make separate lodging arrangements need to notify the ND administrator when they confirm their participation in the project.  Travel policy changes are presented for review ND policy.  This is the same as the WR travel agreement.  Payment is due by the first date of travel or credit card will be charged.  These 3 forms need to be submitted prior to consideration for selection boards:  ND team agreement, ND medical liability release, and the ND financial agreement/travel policy.  Cole Greer moves to accept the new policies.  Motion seconded by Richard Kramer.  Motion passes.
    • Full refunds for Northern Division race fees will only be issued if the athlete is withdrawn by 5pm the day before the race.  Exceptions are made for illness.  The final decision will be made by the race organizer.  Kramer moves to approve, seconded.  Motion passes.
    • YSL Racing:  ACC requests consideration for the following modification of the J5-J6 race format.  The J5 and under ages would have no combined times.  First run mandatory.  Morning and afternoon runs are timed and awarded as a separate race.  This is used in some other highly successful junior programs.  Chad seconds the motion.  BSSEF, BSF, Great Divide, SD, against.  MSSEF and SRST votes for.  Casper absent.  Motion fails.  Roger moves that each club has the option to try this method on an individual basis.  Non-combined times.  BS, BSF, GD, MSSEF, SD, DSC, SRS, WMR all vote in favor.
